What does the Q actually stand for?
The Q stands for Question. We question everything: does a capsule have to be plastic or aluminium? Can't the quality of coffee from a capsule be much better? How do we get to packaging-free? We rethought it all — we question everything, so you don't have to.
What are Q Drinks capsules made of?
Over 70% is coffee chaff — the skin that comes off the bean during roasting, normally a by-product. The remaining 30% is an organic binder, without fossil plastic or aluminium. 100% circular (Wageningen, 2023) and fully compostable. Read what our capsule is made of.
Do Q Drinks capsules fit my Nespresso machine?
Yes. Q Drinks capsules are 100% compatible with all Nespresso* Original machines.
What's the difference between Coffee, Health+ and Performance+?
Coffee is pure specialty coffee in three flavour profiles: Blond & Fruity, Medium & Chocolate and Dark & Spicy. Health+ contains no coffee: pure superfoods like ginger, matcha and beetroot. Performance+ is there for when you need an extra boost. A Nespresso machine with superpowers — that's Q.
Where does your coffee come from?
Our coffee is roasted by Dutch roasters. Short supply chains give us more control over fair, ethical sourcing and over quality: the coffee is processed as fresh as possible and exposed to as little oxygen as possible. You taste the difference — the best quality coffee from a capsule.
How fast is my order delivered?
Order before 23:59 and it's delivered tomorrow. We ship from the Netherlands; order before midnight and you'll have your parcel the next day.
Can I change, pause or cancel my subscription?
Of course! You can skip, pause or cancel your subscription anytime, no hassle. If your last order has already shipped, the changes take effect after that.
Can I combine subscription products with one-off purchases?
Yes! You'll see them as separate items — the flexible subscription (with your subscription products) and the one-off products you ordered.
How do I start a subscription?
Choose your ideal pack and flavour and you're done. You can adjust flavour, frequency and contents yourself anytime. Get started with the coffee subscription.
What payment methods are there?
We currently support iDEAL, Apple Pay, PayPal, credit card and Klarna. Note: some payment methods don't support subscriptions, such as Klarna. During checkout you'll see which are available.
